These Terms & Conditions apply to the purchase and use of tickets made through the London Dreams website. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About London Dreams
London Dreams provides an online platform through which customers can view events and purchase tickets for events advertised on our website.
References to “London Dreams”, “we”, “us” or “our” in these Terms & Conditions refer to London Dreams. References to “you” or “customer” refer to the person making the booking or using a ticket.
2. Ticket Bookings
All ticket bookings are subject to availability. A booking is not confirmed until the required payment has been successfully completed and a booking confirmation has been issued.
Customers are responsible for checking all booking details before making payment, including the event, date, time, venue, ticket type, quantity and total amount payable.
Once payment has been successfully completed, the booking will be treated as confirmed.
3. Ticket Prices and Fees
Ticket prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.
Where applicable, a Convenience Fee may be charged in addition to the ticket price. The total amount payable, including any applicable mandatory fees, will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.
By completing payment, you agree to pay the total amount displayed at checkout.
4. Non-Refundable Tickets
Tickets are non-refundable if you change your mind, are unable to attend, arrive late, or no longer wish to attend the event.
Tickets for events taking place on a specific date or during a specific period generally do not benefit from the standard 14-day cancellation or cooling-off right that applies to many other online purchases.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any refund or other remedy to which you are legally entitled.
5. Non-Transferable Tickets
Tickets purchased through London Dreams are non-transferable unless London Dreams or the relevant event organiser expressly confirms otherwise in writing.
Tickets must not be resold, exchanged, assigned, offered for commercial resale or transferred to another person where this is prohibited by the conditions applicable to the event.
Where necessary for admission or fraud prevention, the person attending may be asked to provide booking information or reasonable proof relating to the original booking.
6. Event Cancellation
If an event is cancelled and does not take place, London Dreams or the relevant event organiser will provide information about the options available to affected ticket holders.
Where you are legally entitled to a refund because an event has been cancelled, the refund will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
7. Event Changes and Rescheduling
Event dates, times, venues, programmes, performers and other event details may sometimes change for reasons outside our reasonable control.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, the original ticket may remain valid for the revised date where appropriate. Customers will be informed of material changes using the contact information provided during booking where reasonably possible.
Any refund rights relating to a material change or rescheduled event will be considered in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the event.
8. Admission to Events
Customers are responsible for arriving at the venue in sufficient time for admission.
Entry may be subject to the rules, age restrictions, identification requirements, safety requirements and other conditions imposed by the venue or event organiser.
London Dreams is not responsible where admission is refused because a customer has failed to comply with clearly communicated venue or event requirements.
9. Customer Information
You must provide accurate and complete information when making a booking, including your name, email address, telephone number and any other information reasonably required to process the booking.
London Dreams is not responsible for a failure to receive booking confirmations, tickets or important event communications where incorrect contact information has been provided.
10. Electronic Tickets
Tickets may be issued electronically to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that they can access their ticket before attending the event.
You should not alter, duplicate or misuse an electronic ticket.
11. Website Availability
We aim to keep the London Dreams website available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, technical or operational reasons.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to applicable law, London Dreams will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
13. Privacy
Personal information submitted when purchasing tickets will be handled in accordance with our Privacy & Data Policy.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on the website at the relevant time will apply, subject to any rights you already have under an existing booking.
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of the United Kingdom. Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights available to you.
