Refund Policy
Last updated: 28 August 2026
Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing tickets through London Dreams.
1. Tickets Are Generally Non-Refundable
All ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable where the customer changes their mind or is unable to attend the event.
Once a booking has been successfully paid and confirmed, we do not normally provide refunds because:
- You change your mind
- You are no longer able to attend
- Your personal circumstances change
- You accidentally purchase the wrong ticket type or quantity
- You arrive late or miss the event
- You fail to attend the event
- You fail to comply with clearly communicated admission requirements
2. No 14-Day Cooling-Off Period for Dated Event Tickets
Tickets for leisure activities and events scheduled for a specific date or period generally do not have the standard 14-day cancellation right applicable to many other online purchases.
Customers should therefore carefully check the event date, time, venue, ticket type, quantity and total price before completing payment.
3. Non-Transferable Tickets
Tickets are non-transferable unless London Dreams or the relevant event organiser expressly permits a transfer.
Customers must not sell, transfer, exchange or assign a ticket where doing so is prohibited by the applicable event conditions.
4. Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled and does not take place, affected customers will be informed of the available options.
Where applicable law gives you a right to a refund because the contracted event is not provided, London Dreams will not use the general “non-refundable” rule to remove that right.
5. Postponed or Rescheduled Events
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your existing ticket may remain valid for the new date.
We will provide information about the revised arrangements when available. Any right to a refund following a postponement, rescheduling or other material change will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
6. Event Programme Changes
Events may occasionally be subject to reasonable changes to schedules, programmes, supporting performers or other arrangements.
Whether a particular change gives rise to any refund or other remedy will depend on the nature and significance of the change and your applicable legal rights.
7. Convenience Fees
Where a Convenience Fee applies, it will be displayed as part of the booking price before payment.
If a refund is legally required, the treatment of any associated mandatory fee will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the refund.
8. Incorrect Booking Details
Customers must check their booking information before payment.
If you believe there is an error in your booking confirmation, contact London Dreams as soon as possible. Contacting us does not guarantee that a booking can be changed, cancelled, transferred or refunded.
9. Refund Method
Where London Dreams approves or is required to provide a refund, it will normally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
10. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy excludes, restricts or overrides any rights or remedies that you have under applicable UK consumer law.
11. Contact Us
